I’ve got an important question for you: have you disappeared from your life?

Tracking Yourself Down
Let’s start with things right now.

How is your energy today?
How are the people around you, the actions on your schedule?
How does it all work for you?

See, if you stop doing what works for you, you're disappearing.

And if you stop doing your job, you're disappearing.


If you don't want to be with your partner, you're disappearing.
If you need money but you're not doing anything to get it, you're disappearing.
If you're not attending to your property...


If you're not getting outside...
If you're not spending time with miraculous ideas...
If you're not engaging in therapy when you need it...


Too much sugar...
Too much pain...
Anger...Blaming...

Too much of any of these, and you’re disappearing.


Get Answers to Disappearing
I used to look outside of me for answers when I felt I was disappearing. 

I’m here to tell you: don’t make that mistake! 
Stop tolerating waiting for other people, for other solutions to show up. 
Start showing up for you, yourself! 

What do I mean by that?

I mean that you know what to do. You know what to create. You know how to take care of yourself. You know what you require.

And everywhere you think you don't know what to do…okay, get quiet.
Get quiet and literally ask yourself “How do I do that?”

Put your hand on your thymus, and your other hand on your pubic bone. 

Use this mantra: “I command my spirit to inhabit my body now.”

 

Now how do you feel?
Then you start paying attention to the energies around you.

Now where do you want to put your attention? And what action would you like to take now?

Don’t you feel more centered?

Put it Into Words
So often answers come when I put things into words, even if I’m just fumbling for insights.

Here are two ways to take a moment of disappearance and REAPPEAR.

  • Journaling: A small act for prioritizing YOU is to write your thoughts down. It gives you ownership of them, familiarity with them. It makes them their true size, rather than something overwhelming.

  • Talking to someone: Here is a great opportunity for recovering SILENCERS. Take up your voice and share with someone verbally. What is your truth right now? Say it before you start to run from it - you’ll be surprised at the swiftness of results, the change from disappearance to inspiration.

When you find your energy again, you’ve found your way out of disappearance.
